Pain is weekness leaving the body... (or so I've heard)

Dad and I have set a goal to lose a certain amount of weight before we go to Kentucky on November 26th! We both bought bikes and and some gear yesterday. Last night we went on a 6 mile ride, 4 of those miles were on gravel, it only took us 50 minutes!! I was about dead when we got home! We plan to ride every week night, if possible, and eat healthier! So if you have any healthy, but yummy, meal ideas feel free to share! Wish us luck!!
