The recipe: Bring 1 cup of Flour and and 5 Cups of water to a boil. Let it boil for three minutes.
Then add 1 tsp of salt, and let it cool. Tear newspaper into strips get them wet in the paste and put them on your project. (If they are dry when you put them on, they will fall off later)

So tantlelizing, so what are you making? Are you covering a "lady" with paper mache? What a clever idea! We had a dress form one time and we named her "Maggie". We sold her, but I would like to have another one. I have seen the forms covered in a layer of newsprint, or music, etc. You give me ideas...
