Today I am packing for CAMP. I can't wait!!!!!!

Tuesday!

Today I am doing my laundry, cleaning, writing some letters and catching up on my journal.

Lunch Monday!!!!

I made chicken alfredo and bread for lunch. It was so good.

Updates!!!!!!

Dad had to drill a hole in his guitar so he could put a pickup in it!!!! It was pretty scary!!!

This is what I was doing while Dad was drilling. I had to tune my hammer dulcimer.

It took awhile.

Limo!!!

Last night Dad, Mom, Anna and I went to Denny's for dinner before the sing.

We saw this awsome limo when we stoped to get gas.

Owl project!!!!!

I saw a owl like this on another blog, so I decided to try and make one.

Here it is. I made it out of felt. The picture makes it look different, it is way cuter then the picture.

Friday, sewing day!!!!!!

My project: a pillowcase! So cute!

Here is what to do,using a 1/4 inch seam on everything: Cut main piece of material out at 27'' on fold, then trim width to 21'' wide.

Sew three sides. Both long sides, and one end. Serge.

Next cut the other material for the band, out at 9'',  then trim length to 44''.

Press wrong sides together, sew (still with wrong sides together) to right side of the open end of pillowcase. Serge. Press seam toward pillowcase. 

Top stitch around the top edge of the pillowcase.

You can add something to it if you like.

Here it is done and folded. I made it for traveling.

I can't wait to use it!!!! 

This is what I did to embellish mine, I put a tab of ribbon by the bottom of the case.

Wednesdays lunch!!!!

This is what I made for lunch for Mom and myself. It is chicken and stove top stuffing!!!! Super yummy.

We are still playing, but now she has her toy!!! 

Tuesday evening and Upwords!!!!!

This is the broad half way though the game. Mom ended up winning with 112 points!!!

Today I cleaned the down stairs of our house, and my bedroom. I also did some laundry and ironed. Oh, and I kept the fire roaring all day!!!!
